"Automatic doffing system" through science and technology achievement appraisal

Identified by the Chinese Academy of Engineering Committee Jiang Shicheng and China Chemical Fiber Industry Association Engineering professor Ye Yongmao and other 7 experts. The project developed automated system automates doff doff, loading and transport to meet the simultaneous production of many varieties as a single batch loading level of demand, and automatically track and label printing silk pie product information. The project has invented a new type of automatic doffing system; developed a multi-axis automation doff car, raised off the wire, transport capacity; using a new type of ground operations, which benefit the old plant upgrade. The project has received a patent, a utility model patents authorized, with independent intellectual property rights; there are 46 sets of the system put into use, production stable, technologically advanced, reliable, cost-effective, the realization of industrial, performance indicators meet user requirements, economic and social benefits significantly.
After the evaluation committee report by listening to the completion of the project units, production site visits, review relevant materials and field questions and discussion, that: the project overall technology reached the international advanced level, agreed to the project through the identification of scientific and technological achievements, it is recommended to further expand the applications.
